For all of the pregnant ladies out there. We should be grateful for our health system. This is a list posted on the counter in the pharmacy. We spoke with a local wan who said most of the wan have no peri-natal care at all and deliver at home with only the help of family. There is 1 clinic about every 300 km. This is the list of supplies they will need for their home birth. It's no LPCH!
